Our insurance company recommended First General as an emergency response to a basement flood. Kenzie was professional and very thorough in doing our assessment and had a team assigned to us very quickly. In spite of being spread thin due to the large number of incidents resulting from the storm, our team and especially the team leader worked above and beyond to start the drying process ASAP. We were impressed enough to have First General do the repair work as well.The repair team leader and crew did a great job with the repairs and painting, and his carpentry on the trim looked better than the original.I would recommend First General to anyone.

Response time for the initial cleanup after the flooding that started in the kitchen and went downstairs was pretty good. I would say that when they came back later to repair drywall that had to be opened up to check for water and the other things they did such as carpet cleaning to remove stains and the repainting of the drywall, all were done just beautifully.
