So recently I had a bad experience and I thought I could like with the bad look... but I couldn't . I called and spoke to the manager and she told me to come in and she will look at it... she was actually the first person who did my hair when I tried this place the first time so I knew I was in good hands... she fixed my hair and I hugged her before I left.... trust me when I say when you have curly hair and get a bad highlight job.. it won't look pretty... thank you for saving my confidence�
