I want to thanks Jenn and Rachel for this awesome training. Rachel is such a humble, polite and patient trainer. I am so glad that I grabbed this opportunity to get training for microblading and ombre powder brows by Rachel. It was really great that I could ask as many questions as I had in my head and Rachel really put her efforts in making everything clear. By the end of the training, I was left with no questions and no doubts as it was all clearly explained by Rachel. So pleased with my experience getting ombré powder brows by Rachel. This was my first time having permanent makeup and from pre-scheduling to completion, the communication was excellent. Any questions I had prior to booking were answered promptly and booking was simple. I loved the clean, medical environment and Rachel helped me to feel comfortable by explaining the steps she was taking and checking in frequently to make sure I was not feeling any discomfort.
