My experience was overall excellent. Michelle (trainer) was great! Very friendly and not intimidating at all. Small class size so very personal yet professional. I highly recommend Eyebrows by Jenn Academy for certifications and Eyebrows by Jenn for permanent makeup services as well.
I waited a few months before posting so I could truly see the results, and I couldn’t be happier. Jenn provided outstanding service from start to finish—she was professional, knowledgeable, and gave very clear instructions that made the entire process feel easy and stress-free. The recovery was smooth, and three months later my brows look incredibly natural. They were a little dark for the first couple of weeks and I felt a bit self-conscious at work, but I quickly fell in love with them and still love them today. My brows were thinning and I was tired of drawing them in every day. My only regret is not doing this sooner. I highly, highly recommend Jenn!
