I've been seeing Heidi and Elevate Physiotherapy for the last year or so and she has been so helpful working through my neck and shoulder issues related to my foraminal stenosis. It's been a hard time but I am happy to say that ~18 months of hard work and treatment later and I think I have truly made progress towards living a normal life again.

Amazing physio clinic! I am an endurance runner and they have turned me around. I was fighting a nagging piriformis injury for years and now I'm running smoothly again. I have seen both Dave and Marty for years and they are great!

My experiences with Heidi as my physiotherapist have been excellent, she is very knowledgeable and great at what she does. She is very attentive in listening to your situation and takes an approach of treating the system as opposed to the symptom which has been greatly beneficial.I would easily recommend her to any family or friends in search of a physiotherapist!
