I phoned Lou at 4:49 PM on a Wednesday. To my surprise he picked up. By the next day he had my vehicle towed to his garage and work underway. It was at least a seven hour job and he had it ready for me by Friday. In comparison, the garage it had originally been towed to, left it untouched for a week. Dundas Automotive did in 24 hours, what their competitor couldn't do in a week. Awesome! And the price was fair.

I am new to Dundas Automotive Repair and extremely pleased with my experience. Lou is welcoming and knowledgeable. They service both of our cars and the technicians keep them operating reliably.

My SUV sat at another garage just down the road, for a week. I called daily and the other garage gave me the runaround. I phoned Lou at Dundas Auto at 4:59 pm. He answered! By the next day he had my SUV up on a hoist and was working on it. Within 24 hours it had been repaired. Thanks!
