I had a recruitment experience with Drake International while being considered for a position with the London Transit Commission. Overall, the agency was professional and followed through on their commitments during the hiring process.
Communication was generally clear and they kept me updated as the process progressed. However, the overall timeline was quite lengthy, which was largely dependent on the hiring organization’s internal process rather than the agency itself.
Along the way, I received and accepted another opportunity that offered better compensation and wage progression, so I did not proceed with the LTC role.
