My son was stranded in London (we live an hour away) on a Thursday night with an overheating engine on his Ford Taurus. Bill at Cheapside Auto squeezed him in Friday to do some diagnostics. It was his water pump. Not a cheap job as it calls for basically the entire front end to be taken apart to get to it. The shop broke down all costs and was very honest and transparent. Never having visited this shop before and living so far away we took a big chance trusting this shop. It paid off. I know that the technician worked on my son’s car on his own time to troubleshoot. I would highly recommend using Cheapside Auto Care. Bill provided me with exceptional customer service. My daughter is in London and was having car issues he was able to look at it quickly and was able to get all issues resolved. Being so far away from my daughter and not being able to be there to help her. He sure made this experience easy for me without me having to worry about anything. I truly am grateful.

I have been getting my winter tires fixed here since 2 years now. I’ve opted for tire storage as well. The team is really nice and owner is very honest with their work. They have always given me best of the advises for my tires. The pricing is affordable if compared to others. My over all experience has been nice with them.
