First time customer, definitely going back as required. Heater had stopped working well, they provided me with an 'quick' and 'full fix' option - if quick didn't work we'd move on to full. 'Quick' worked and I was provided a quote on the full fix should things change. I really appreciated that when the issue was being explained he presented the details in a manner I understood and could make an informed decision on moving forward.
