I called Bugstop to get a second opinion on an issue with my Golf (Mk7) and I could not be happier. They not only explained my options, they talked through how often they've seen my problem and how effective their solution is to said issue.The service, communication, and knowledge I received at Bugstop was incredible. I am extremely happy with their work and my Mk7 and I will be back. I would recommend them to any VW owner in a heartbeat (especially if you get the wastegate ceased report from your dealership, just saying).

These guys are great! I called asking to have my transmission serviced and my supercharger oil changed on my 06 cobalt ss and despite specializing in German vehicles, they jumped at the opportunity and got it done swiftly

Recommend by a friend and would not hesitate to go back. I got in contact with them over email and advised them what my concerns were (vibration possibly engine mounts). I dropped off the car in the morning for them to have it check it out. Bryan reach out lest then 2 hours later letting me know what they have found and was very clear and transparent about the pricing. 3 found problems the major one was my engine mounts to witch over the phone he didn’t have a price for me at that moment and said he would reach out once he got the price.
