The process was seamless. Courteous and professional sales and support staff. The installers were very efficient and respectful of the property, always cleaning up as they went and leaving the work area neat and clean. Would recommend to friends and family!
I had the windows in my house replaced by Brookstone 2 months ago and couldn’t be happier. Everyone I dealt with from sales to install were great to work with. The installers were professional, friendly and went above and beyond when it can to the installers, clean up and final product. I have had blinds installed after and the installer commented on how square the trim was and a contractor friend recently commented on how well the caulking work was done on the outside. Highly recommend Brookstone.
