Brookstone did an amazing job. Sure it's pricy but they're top tier and their obsession on great customer service can definitely be felt (so many meetings but good, because I needed that hand holding). That's why you see those perks like life time warranty which honestly trumps the price, because you can't put a price on having peace of mind. My installer Devin was amazing! His professionalism, quality of work, and speed were top notch ?. I would defenitly recommend them to anyone specially if they're having any doubts, that Brookstone is the place to go.

They went beyond our expectations, *****THE BEST***** customer service in London with no doubt. What a job quality, what a product quality and what a service after installation. The installation team was AMAZING and the office followed up with us after installation.The entire team from sales , project manager and installation, are very professional, nice and courteous. HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED10 STARS.

What a pleasure to work with Brookstone Windows and Doors, from Harman, Kim in the office, to the installation team, everything went smooth and easy. No mess to clean up either, they took care of everything! Highly recommend this company.
