    Dominique offers a unique style of exercise classes. She limits her classes to a very small group of people so she is able to design classes specifically for those who attend. An added bonus is that she records each class and makes it available for you to view again online. So, if you really enjoyed a class or missed one you can view it online with your enrolment. Because class sizes are so small Dominique is able to offer lots of modifications to make her classes very inclusive.     Dominique is an amazing teacher and trainer. I have struggled with pretty debilitating lower back pain for a few years now due to an injury and in just a few months working with Dominique, she's helped me regain a much fuller range of movement and fewer back spasms. I highly recommend working with her!

    I have been practising yoga with Dominique for 5 years now, both in-class and online. Dominique is a highly trained and knowledgeable teacher who offers a unique combination of strength, mobility, and stretch in her classes that are suitable for all levels of experience. She has a repertoire of alternative movements to accommodate different levels of flexibility and practical suggestions for those practising from home who may not have all the equipment found in the studio.
