Ed worked with me of about a year prior to starting the project, really appreciated the time he gave both myself and my wife to answer questions. Always felt like he was on our team. I think everyone goes into a renovation with some trepidation, he listened to my vision and can honestly say I wouldn't change a thing. Everything came together on time and on budget. Want to thank all the staff that worked with me (too many to mention). They were all willing to do whatever it took to make us happy and turn this renovation into our dream. I would highly recommend them to anyone, it was a great experience!
My husband and I sat down to make a list of every thing, about our house, that we were unhappy with. BlueKey took that list, and did so much more than we could have imagined. There is not a thing that we don't love about our house, anymore. We are not able to make use of every inch of this house. And we do! This was the first time I have lived through having our entire house torn apart, and they made it very easy to live through. They were so friendly and we never once felt like they were invading our house. Infact we missed them, when they were no longer coming by. The quality of the work is definitely great! A few of our neighbours have seen the work and may be reaching out to BlueKey. I really think that anyone should. I never hated my house, but I never loved it. I sure love it now and it feels like home. Thanks again!!!
Ed & JP have been amazing to deal with. They are always quick to respond and the communication is clear and concise. The thing I appreciate about them most is that they keep their word, if they said they would be at my house at a certain time, they actually show up. Sounds minor but in my experience dealing with many contractors in my line of work, that is a big reoccurring theme with the trades. Ed, Jp, and their crew are real professionals and they are great people all around. They're my go-to guys from now on! thank you
