I was sent an email to pick up my order via id or reciept and when I came with my email reciept he said that’s not good enough and couldn’t help any further or try to. I recently visited this location in hopes of finding a brand new laptop to satisfy my school needs.
As I arrived to the computer section of the store, an associate named Avi was quick to assist me. Over the course of the next hour, Avi was extremely helpful and informative! Eventually, I found the laptop I needed and left Best Buy feeling completely satisfied with my customer experience.
