“I went in with 4+inch roots, three different colours of orange, brassy blonde, and left with this. Melanie and Charlie both did magic on my hair. It was my first time there & they went above and beyond. They treated me with respect, kindness & were extremely professional. They treated me as if I had been going there for 10 years. I am in awe of their work. She did my hair properly instead of rushing through, due to it being a tedious process, especially after calling and booking an appointment for the same day for a “root touch up”. Instead they gave me a whole colour correction out of kindness without me being aware of the severity of my hair colour, even with the time and effort that was needed to be put in. I am so ecstatic they were able to pull off such an amazing job and make me feel like myself again. Thank you so much! -Kianna :)“

“She is amazingly good I did my eyebrows and I'm very picky about the shape coz I shape them with make up everyday and I couldn't trust anyone to get permanent eyebrows but she is really professional she listened to me very carefully we talked about Lil details she let me show her how I like them to be and the result of her work was exactly the way I want no even better ? now I will be attached to her place and will never look for someone else.
