Liz Hart ended up stealing money from my husband and I out of my account for a policy that hadn't been formally signed yet. We have cancelled the account the moment we noticed the money coming out, and demanding a refund, and she finally sent us the appropriate paperwork to sign to cancel the policy and get the refund, but it has been several months now and she is now avoiding our texts and emails. Very shady insurance agent without any accountability or care. Avoid at all costs.
