This is by far the best detailing shop in town, I’ve never had anyone clean my car the way they did, my suv is a 2021 jeep Cherokee that was used for work on a daily basis so it was a mess with many stains, including oil and gum, they literally made me feel like I was driving my truck off the lot when I initially purchased it. The price was more than advertised but I agreed to it. When I picked up my vehicle, they returned three of my 4 car mats. The VW driver's mat was replaced with a mat that was obviously not mine and was very different from the others. I addressed this with management and have called two times now to get my mat returned. They said that they would call me when my matt is returned by the customer who has my mat. This is Day 4 that I have been waiting for a call. Also, when I picked up my car, the car trunk hatch wouldn't open - Bad luck I guess, but I had to spend $45 at my mechanic to fix the linkage in the door. I had used my SUV for moving wood and I have 2 dogs. My vehicle was full of wood chips dog hair dirt dust... it was a mess.A1 on Highbury Avenue in London was AMAZING it looked ready for photos to sell.
