From the start of our job until the end of our job Cross let us know what was going on, when it would happen and pictures of the technicians we were expecting to show up. Owen and Doug were extremely accommodating and extremely polite. We were comfortable enough with them to leave them for hours at a time In our home. We have discussed the job at home many times over the week and how pleased we are with this company as a whole. We would recommend Cross to anyone, we would also say if you end up on a waiting list it would be totally worth it. This company is definitely worth the wait ?
We were looking to do some home heating/cooling upgrades along with getting rid of a rental water heater. Cross analyzed, recommended options for us, then installed everything in one day. Great team of experienced, thorough, friendly and patient folks who answered all our questions. And came today for a 2-week follow-up inspection. Thanks.
