It was my first time at Thairapy and within seconds of walking through the door I was greeted with friendly hellos and offerings of coffee etc. The salon is light and bright with a charming vibe. That kind of thing is important (to me anyway) as I’d be spending a few hours there. Monika, who I had met for the first time took the time to just casually chat before getting to my hair needs. As a naturally curly girl, I am hardly ever impressed with a stylist's work on my hair. Well, Hal sure impressed me! He made suggestions, but didn't try to force me to make changes I didn't want. I ended up with a style that is more flattering to my face shape. Excellent work - I will be back!

Jennifer is a color genius! She never disappoints. I often go in and just let her do her thing but when I do want to change things up a bit (with my blonde) she gives me her professional advice, we move towards it and always get stunning results. She is exceptional at her skill, an incredible listener and loves to make others feel beautiful. I have been going to Jenn for a long time and I am never disappointed, I always feel stunning.
