Here's a hero story/review. During the ice storm days Our 92 yr old neiborough ran out of propane ((Differnt company) .We housed her as her supplier apparently could not provide or confirm her with a fill up. I reached out to my provider (Outram) and with in a day I was filled up and also asked them to switch Mary over to their services... within a two day period Outram had Mary set up and they also arranged for hook up of her Generac and fireplace. They did this within a work week while the other provider couldn't even deliver propane within a 9 day period. We moved to Little Britain recently. Propane tanks were with another company. We called them to start a contract with them. Took an hour of waiting before someone took the call and promised to send us contract forms. We called twice but the contracts never came. So I called Outram and signed up. However, we know we made the right choice when we ran out of propane before equipment was installed! I reached out to Janet who picked up immediately and it was fabulous! They were out in a few hours, replaced tanks and had our heat going. What marvelous service from people who really care. Thank you, Outrams, and keep being wonderful, Janet!
We recently switched to Outram. We have 2 different types and sizes of tanks. Previously we had to use 2 different suppliers, one each for the 2 types of tanks. Outram fill both for us now at a very reasonable rate. Staff is friendly and customer service outstanding. Check with them if you need 33lb liquid tanks filled.
