I recently had a water heater emergency, and British Empire Fuels exceeded my expectations. Ron responded promptly, assessing the situation within an hour. The company replaced my 30-year-old broken water heater the very next day with exceptional professionalism. The team not only did a great job installing the new unit but also left everything spotless. Without a doubt, British Empire Fuels is the best contractor I've ever used. I highly recommend them for their efficient and top-notch service.

Installation was completed as promised. Technicians we're very diligent, did an amazing job and kept me appraised. Mitsubishi heat pump works perfectly and is so quiet. Great job all round by British Empire Fuels team.

BEF sized up a new heat pump for me, installed, configure it, and got me up and running with the smart thermostat. The whole process was made easy and hassle free by the whole team involved, sales, back office, and installers. Cleaned up afterwards and I’ve had trouble-free cooling/heating since. It will be interesting to see how it stacks up through this winter.
