I had Lucas plumbing install a garburator at our cottage. After a few months the garburator failed. I have been emailing with the issue and with a slow response I was emailed a reply stating the manufacturer will not pay for the labour. I was okay with that. Again with no response the latest email states the supplier now will only deal with me. The problem with that is I don’t have any information on the garburator therefore without any information that is not possible to do. Lucas plumbing has not provided any information for me to go forward to the manufacturer. I feel after several months we will find a reliable company to come and just install a new one.... read full review

Tried using them for a leak called fri to make appointment said Mon never heard from them well pipes still leaking. thanks guys we will go with a more reliable and professional company I suggest you do the same

We had a problem after hours and we were impressed by how quickly Jordan arrived and rectified the problem. He was knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend this company.
