I called Lindsay Animal Clinic because I had made the sad decision to put my 17 yr old dog down as he had gotten worse with his illness. I made the call to them and they wouldn't help me because they 'weren't taking new patients'. I couldn't believe it. Talk about not caring. Won't ever use that veterinarian if I get another pet.

I am very open minded when it comes to reviews, people have the right to their own opinions but I will make up my own mind based on my knowledge. An opinion is simply based on someone’s experience or knowledge and does not make them “factual”. However, I feel a customer has obviously had a very positive or negative experience at the time of posting the review which has compel them to take the time and may not be reflective of a business or service. People should make informed decisions based on their own knowledge and personal interactions. This makes this post, only my opinion on the services I received at this business and I invite the reader to make their own choices. My fur babies have been clients of the Lindsay Animal Clinic for many years. They like the staff and from my experience over the years although there was a time or two when I found a certain staff member a little curt, I do as well. The choice was based on how my animals were treated and they were always good to them. One of the vets I admit, based on my interactions with her, I favor over the others, I have found her non-judgemental and helpful especially during some difficult times but I like all the vets and they have treated them very well over the years. Unfortunately, we have been asked to find a new vet because of a review posted about the cost of getting flea and tick medication for six month for two dogs at a cost of $530.00 dollars. It is truly a sad situation from my perspective.

Received this letter in the mail today (2020). Crystal made a huge impact on my life and I miss her dearly, it was a very thoughtful thing and unexpected gesture for the Lindsay Animal Clinic to do in memory of Chris. Thank-you Veterinary Staff for your efforts.

Our dog Kingston was a patient for at least 10 years. Dr. Rae and all the staff were always wonderful to deal with. Kingston had a variety of issues -allergies, as he got older dry eyes and a couple of minor surgeries to remove growths. Unfortunately he had Old Dog vestibular disease, he was recovering after 2 or 3 weeks he took a turn for the worse. We made the difficult decision to have him euthanized. The staff was very supportive and helped Kingston to go peacefully. The clinic made a donation to Ontario Veterinary College in Guelph on Kingstons behalf. With all that being said, the staff is helpful, caring ,kind and understanding. The prices are reasonable and services provided are exceptional. Kingston always enjoyed his visits especially the treats from the fire hydrant.

Always goes smoothly, and they are very helpful.

Everyone at the clinic was very patient and understanding. My first visit was sad . My very senior dog passed suddenly as we were making our move to Lindsay. Staff are very friendly and accommodating.

Everyone was very kind and professional. Very reasonable prices. I loved that our veterinarian was honest and upfront about everything. Definitely recommend!

Don't let the twin doctors fool ya! They got me lol great knowledgeable doctors. Up to date with the times of new medications and pricing is very good 👍
