I visited the LifeLabs in Lindsay today and wanted to share my honest experience. At check-in, the receptionist was rude when I handed her my health card and form. She didn’t review the information properly, which caused my tests to get mixed up. I was polite and patient, but her tone toward me felt dismissive, especially compared to how she spoke to other patients. It made me uncomfortable, and I felt it was important to mention.
I’m posting this review under a different name because I don’t want my real name to affect how I’m treated in the future. This is simply my honest experience so others are aware.

I had the misfortune of arriving for my appointment without all of the necessary documentation. I almost turned around, but decided to take a chance and see if they would still see me.
Michelle was doing.intake and, though the clinic was busy and a line was forming behind me, she took the time to look up my file to ensure I'd be attended to.
I am incredible grateful for her extra effort, and commend her excellent client service.
Booking the appointment was absolutely amazing. Everything was done to my satisfaction and on time. The problem is there’s no app for my iPhone like they used to be. And it is like pulling teeth to find out and or look up my blood work. It is asking me for a number that should’ve been given to me when I was at the appointment. It was never mentioned to me that I needed It. So now I have to get on the phone and try to find out how to solve this problem. It turned into a horrible experience and is still not rectified.
