today i went in for acupuncture treatment with Dr. Sophie. I had my first acupuncture done on my ankle/foot. She took the time to listen to my long story about what has been going on with my right leg and how tight it feels around my ankle/foot plus my knee and hip has been affected. something serious happened to me anyways…also she first did an examination . then we forced on my ankle/ foot she did acupuncture, Massaged the area with Biofreeze and put athletes tape on my ankle/foot. and fortunately just after the first treatment I can feel a slight difference thank you Dr. Sophie.

Nickolas is fantastic, he explains very well with my issues and how to solve them. He’s excellent with deep massage and knows what areas that’s causing my issues. He explains very well. I recommend Kawartha Care Wellness Centre the staff are fantastic

Looking forward to my monthly RMT retreat. Mary is my therapist, she is kind, extremely talented and friendly. The pressure is right and it makes me feel relaxed. I'm so lucky to have discovered Kawartha Care Wellness Centre this year.
