We met staff of Karelsen at recent Lindsay Home Show, discussing heat pumps. All my layman questions answered in detail, we opted for an in-house meeting to establish quote. Others quoted as well however we felt good about this vendor, neighbourly & concerned re customer desires.
Karelsen provided info on potential Gov rebate, established a timeline for installation, then completed same in half the allotted time. Footprint in our home minimal, including on-site introduction to company owner, checking that install going well. This is the first time we used Karelsen Plumbing. Very satisfied with both service and pricing. Cleaned up very well after they were done and even took the old toilet away. Would definitely use them again
