Disgusted in our Healthcare system the people that work at the location are rude, unprofessional and have no empathy. So many times being turned away when needing a simple refill on a non narcotic. Literally would go anywhere out of town for medical care if I could.

Terrible experience. Clinic hours are 9 a.m. to noon on Saturday. Arrived at 10:30 a.m. with my elderly mother, who uses a walker. The receptionist raced towards the door as we were approaching (the windows allow line of sight) looked at us and put up a “clinic is closed” sign. Literally in our faces. We had driven 30 minutes to get there and so I went in anyway. There were about 5 people in the waiting room but I was told the clinic had reached its maximum number of patients. Really? Nobody expects great service at a walk-in clinic, but turning away an elderly person as they are about to walk in the door? Shame on you.

I went to this walk in sunday dec 17 2023. I had not been able to hear for a week. Both ears were clogged. I got there after 8amto be sure i was looked at. I was 3rd in line. When they opened the doors at 8:45 i registed and put in a room. Dr came in just after 9am looked in my ears said yes we can flush them. She did so and wow worked great. Gave me an atibiotic to hold in case my cold got worse with my COPD.. Great experience there today Thank You.
