My experience was as follows Superior Propane let me run out of fuel when it was -20 and was not coming anytime soon. Within a very short period of time it was arranged for British empire to help me Installed three new tanks with 20% of Fuel had my heat back on came within three days topped up my tanks and a very grateful for the service of everyone involved!!
Had a great install experience getting a new heat pump/furnace. We had one small issue of a breaker being faulty and they came after hours at 9pm and installed a new one so we had heat that night! Highly recommend.
We have British Empire Fuels at our Cottage they are great service is always on time. On the other hand at our farm we used Highland Propane for Years. Then superior propane bought them. It has been the worst service ever. Anxiety is an understatement phone call after phone call and no delivery. So we now have British Empire for both our properties. A sigh of relief.Thank You.
