They over tightened my drain plug the previous visit. this visit, I arrived for an oil change, they stripped the bolt. I am now on the hook for an oil pan replacement. I’ve taken my vehicle there a couple times for the last couple oil changes. They were the last people to touch this component. Drain plugs do wear over time, but when the threads come out with the bolt, this was definitely cross threaded or the installer torqued the bolt way past the torque specs. No compensation at all. Very disappointing.

Got oil change from here. Service was good. However when they checked my air filter they removed crankcase ventilation hose but did not put it back. Vehicle had rough idle because of that. I drove it for 2 days like that until i checked.

I was going to take my car bring my car for an oil change and learned they only do email receipts ? What if I didn't have an email ? My step dad doesn't and their needed for warranty purposes. Just give us a dam paper copy

VERY SLOW! They told me 30 mins, I waited an hour for an oil change. Terrible service and I will never return.

I was at Point Peele park on Saturday July 26th, 2025. When I pushed the start button on my dashboard, it went inside and disappeared behind my dashboard panel. I now had no way to turn my car off and t was 4:40 pm on a Saturday. The worst part I was far away from home about three hours away. I had a hotel booked for the night. I thought maybe somebody at great Canadian oil change may perhaps have a tool that could fish it out somehow. I walked up to the bay and a gentleman named Jonah greeted me and I explained my situation to him. He told me that great Canadian oil change company does not perform anything mechanical, however, he can have a look on his break. Jonah came by, sat down and had a look, and magically fixed it within 10 minutes. I tried to give him some kind of a monetary award, but he refused to accept it. Thank you, Jonah and thank you. Great Canadian oil change. You saved the day!
