I recently rented a bouncy castle from The Party Rental Company. It was a last minute decision on my part to have the castle for a birthday party. Within 12 hours I had a castle on my front lawn and it was spectacular. I can't be thankful enough for the effort that was put into making this happen. I would recommend them and I will definitely use them again in the future.

Really happy with the chairs. Very compact when folded, not too big when unfolded, and very comfy - even for a big guy with a bad back. We chose to pickup & return instead of delivery. Process was easy but tie-down of the chair stack was flimsy and we had to stop multiple times to fix the tie-downs. My advice is to strap the stack together and then lay the stacks on their side.

We recently rented from The Party Rental Company for my daughter’s wedding. Overall service was awesome! AJ Don and the team were great to work with explaining the process, being very patient while allowing me to think out positioning and location of the dance floor. Cleaning any spots they noticed on the tent after assembly and again just overall great to work with. Highly recommend the team from the office to the yard a great experience! Thank you for helping our day be the great wedding it was!

Absolutely incredible service. we rented the big pink and purple bouncy castle/slide yesterday for my daughters 5th birthday party. It was easy to book online, and when I had a question and called, they were very informative and pleasant to talk to. We had 4 different employees here, 2 for set up and 2 for take down, and they were all very nice and personable people. They were quick to set up and take down, in and out. The castle itself was clean, in great condition and obviously tons of fun for all the kids. Highly recommend this company, and I will use them again!

I highly would NOT recommend Don and his company... I was very excited to have them do my engagement party but clearly they are not organized enough or care about their customers. I am not sure where things went wrong but basically: - I emailed in June for an October event - gave him the package I wanted and area.. Etc. - My emails were ignored a couple times but I figured it okay because we had communicated and confirmed an appointment - the DAY OF our site consultation, I get a call saying nothing is booked but my name is written for a site consultation but he is unsure what for... I refreshed his memory by referring him back to the email which he then got very defensive and claimed he does not have the 40x40 tent available so last minute (now September) - He claimed to be very busy by COVID which is understandable but never apologized once for any inconvenience... Instead blamed it on me... these are a couple "reasons" why he didn’t book my date. - “he wasn’t sure I knew what I wanted" - "I never put down a deposit" (not once was I asked AT all for a deposit... I would’ve love to pay in June, July or August!) - “It wasn’t clear if I was certain on the day or package I wanted” - “I did not confirm that I wanted that day booked prior to my site consultation”
Honestly, all it would have taken was for Don to apologize about the mishap and TRIED to find an alternative or solution. Instead, I had to BEG him to basically still come to the appointment to see if there is another tent that would work or what the options are. I have never felt so helpless before, Don came to my house.. was very demeaning and acted like he was very annoyed for me not fully understanding because he was so vague and short when I was trying to get his “experienced” opinion on lay out and seating.. He acted like I was an idiot whenever I presented different options or had a question… sorry that I don’t pitch tents and do events for a living? To make matters even worse, he kept trying to find any and every little thing to not be able to do my event. I have a branch sized plant that stands 3 feet in the center front and he refused to have it under the tent. He claimed he can only use an area that was entirely flat and no bumps… the branch would not have even been anywhere near the poles or the siding but he did not want to work with me at all clearly. Not sure whether he felt a certain way because he had made a mistake with my event but he was very rude and sarcastic whenever I asked a question. It was disgusting.
I was actually going to rearrange my entire engagement party so I did not have to deal with Don and his company again. Thank god, Franks Special Tents was available and I have booked with them! Frank is so kind, helpful, accommodating and actually CHEAPER than TPRC for the same equipment and service. I do not feel comfortable supporting this man and his business when there are many more professional companies around!

very easy to connect with. I confused my pickup date and called the after hours number (they are closed on weekends) and someone got in touch with me right way to arrange pickup even though they were closed (i rented an inflatable for a birthday party). It was a hit the kids loved it and it came with everything needed to run it. good working condition. the only problem i had was they did not have room to deliver to me (may be my fault because i rented last minute). would rent from them again.
