Brought my Senior Citizen Dad to Kingdon Timber Mart to pick up 2 long boards. My dad got himself a bit confused and couldn’t quite figure out how to safely attach them to the truck. Despite it being cold and raining outside, the 2 young staff members stayed outside with my dad for far longer than I could have expected them to, helped him get the wood onto the truck, brought us a proper strap and sent us on our way. My dad is a stroke victim and currently going through a tough chemotherapy regimen and clearly physically and mentally weak at the moment… but these guys I tell ya, didn’t miss a step in taking care of him. Absolutely amazing service! Stephanie walked me through my deck design and quote, and her knowledge and enthusiasm made the experience a total pleasure. Her suggestions brought the plan together, she patiently revised the quotes after my many changes. I've never received better service anywhere else.
