Val is an awesome teacher! Her class was welcoming and calming and the space felt cozy thanks to her lighting, music and diffusers. As a beginner, I felt welcome to make some variations where I needed to. Thanks, Val! :)
This is the first yoga studio (I am 74 years), that has ever explained what body part was being stretched and why it was good for my body. As much as I hate the sun salutation, I have a new respect for it since understanding why I am doing it. Valerie from Inner Devotion has given me a new appreciation and excitement about doing yoga.
