Inner Devotion Yoga

This is the first yoga studio (I am 74 years), that has ever explained what body part was being stretched and why it was good for my body. As much as I hate the sun salutation, I have a new respect for it since understanding why I am doing it. Valerie from Inner Devotion has given me a new appreciation and excitement about doing yoga.

I attended my first workshop at Inner Devotion Yoga this weekend - what a marvellous experience! Valerie thought of every detail and ensured everyone found their inner devotion with a side of fun. With her guidance we learned proper yoga poses, and applied our learnings in a wonderful flow class. Excellent teacher and yoga class!! 🪷 #bestyogaclassever #innerdevotionyoga

I attended one of the free Inner Calm Christmas Yoga classes and throughly enjoyed the experience! I am not a person who does yoga and was always afraid I would be lost should I ever go to a yoga class. Valerie, explained each move as she was doing it and made it very easy to follow. Her voice is very calming and gives great words of advice as she is teaching. As nervous as I was when I first arrived, I was stress free and surprised at how great I felt. I would highly recommend Inner Devotion to those who are new or curious about yoga or even those who are experienced. Loved the class, thank you!
