“BUYER BEWARE!!
The experience was good, facilities were clean.
I decided to go back. I scheduled. I prepaid. Then it dumped snow and I am a wheelchair user. I couldn't make it there so I cancelled giving them plenty of notice. I waited for a refund that never came. I called them back asking where my refund was.
THAT is when they chose to disclose to me that they never actually refund anyone who doesn't specifically ask for it.
That is scandalous. If your business model relies on ppl forgetting to check for that refund that you never disclosed wasn't coming...at best it's unethical and at the worst it's a scam. I wonder what would happen if they were reported.

TL:DR: If you're going to go to this place, NEVER pay in advance.“
