I chose a 10 because I had such a great experience. I originally came in for a consultation with Jessica for facial hair removal, but she went above and beyond by fitting me in for a quick laser session the same day, which I really appreciated. She was very friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout. The clinic itself was very clean and well-maintained, and the reception staff were amazing—so warm, welcoming, and attentive. Overall, excellent service from start to finish!

We had such a great experience at The Laser Clinic. I brought my son in to have a spot on his skin checked, and from start to finish the care was exceptional.
Jessica was incredibly kind, patient, and thorough. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made my son feel completely comfortable. What really stood out was the follow-up afterward to check in on how he was doing. That level of care means so much.
