She’s also incredibly emotionally intelligent. It was my very first lash lift and I came in feeling very anxious with a million questions. “I first came to Pearl with an undercut and very thick hair on top, hoping to grow it out. She took me in right away and even had stock available so I didn’t have to wait weeks for a custom order. She colour-matched my hair perfectly and was incredibly accommodating throughout the whole process.

We started with microlinks, later switched to tape-ins, and next I’ll be trying bonds- each time, her craftsmanship has been absolutely stellar. Despite having very little hair to work with in some areas, she managed to make my extensions look seamless and secure.
