I had such a lovely experience with Nicole. She went out of her way to walk me through each step of her process so that I felt at ease. At the beginning of our appointment she showed me that she was using clean/brand new equipment. The process from start to finish was very comfortable and reassuring. Nicole was constantly asking if I felt comfortable and would continue giving numbing cream as needed - which I really appreciated.
