Zara did a great job walking me through how to use the CPAP machine, mask, and app. She patiently answered my calls and questions every time. I compared prices with other providers, and VitalAire is quite competitive in the KW area. The only suggestion I would make for management is to review the Advanced Care Plan fees.
I just had to write a review for these ladies. They’re so nice, welcoming and highly educated in CPAP. I just had my first sleep study and am awaiting my second in order to get a prescription. I was feeling anxious and nervous about everything but they made me feel so comfortable. I will absolutely be back with my prescription ladies!
