This Value Village is at Ottawa St N/ Weber St E and shares the plaza with Dairy Queen, Tim Hortins e.c.t I find the store to be large with a lot of selection. The employees are friendly, the Security guard is courteous and opened the doors for me as I was leaving. The showcase often has interesting items in it. There was a person behind the desk ready to show the customer items. Some things are priced high but this is common now at most thrift stores these days. It's hit and miss like any thrift store, but I've found some great clothes there, even in odd sizes. It's always fun to walk through and see what they have. I wish they had a fitting room but otherwise it's a great experience.

While the staff at this location is gentle and helpful, I 've noticed that some items are priced higher than the original price. It's disappointing to see secondhand goods marked up so much.
