Very pleased with the service here. Recently my four wheel drive on the pick up was acting up. I took it in, made an appointment and the team inspected my transmission, took it for a test drive and deemed it to be operational. What makes it so special is that there was no bill.

They were both professional and thorough - they investigated what I asked them to and also gave me a heads up on other items that needed attention; they even took the time to check my 'new o2 sensor' put in by Ford to check why the engine light was on after Ford did repairs (part was bad). They didn't have to do this for me while repairing the transmission, but they cared enough to fairly represent all issues before proceeding on the transmission work.

Very impressed! Took my daughter's car in for transmission work, expecting that it could be a major expense. Turns out it was just corroded shift linkage - one hour of labour to clean it and lube. A shop with less integrity could've sold us a new shift module for $1000. Thank you Rich and team. Will certainly use you again!
