As someone getting their hair colored for the first time, I was super nervous, but Nour completely nailed it! She listened to what I wanted, gave me the best suggestions based on what suits me, and the final look turned out so subtle and beautiful, exactly how I imagined! 😍
She was also incredibly kind and patient when I had a little payment hiccup (forgot my PIN oops!), and gave me the time to figure it out without any stress.
