Horrible moving experience. Avoid this moving company. I had the worst moving experience ever. I am a highly professional manager in high tech industry and was very unlucky to have chosen this company. Customer service was awful. They lost some of my boxes and originally blamed it on me because the driver forced me to quickly sign the paper work at destination that I have received all items. I was just lucky that another customer called them saying they have a box not belonging to them!!! Otherwise, I would have had to accept their claim that I was making up a story! I had a very negative experience with Westmount Moving. They are priced at the high end of the market for movers in the area, which I accepted because I wanted a smooth move. I was told by the sales employee that the date I requested had a move booked in the morning but that he could book me in for 12:30. I agreed and signed a contract several weeks in advance of the date. The day before the move, I was called by their office staff to "confirm" the move and I was informed that I should expect the truck between noon and 2. I expressed concern because I had arranged my day around 12:30 and had foregone hours of work that I could have booked. She said not to worry... read full review
