UPDATE: Miguel and his crew replaced my roof last week (July 2022) and did a great job. They worked non-stop for 2 full days, cleaned the area thoroughly afterwards, and protected my driveway and gardens prior to beginning their work. They were on time with great communication. Very friendly, hard-workers. Highly recommended.SPRING 2022. Called them Thursday to replace a missing shingle and they did the job the next day. We got our roof inspected and reinstalled by Miguel and his team. Miguel offered us the quote after inspection and showed us various color options. He offered us a great price and completed the job within the same budget. Cleaned up everything after the work. Very satisfied with the job. Following thorough roof inspection, provided a detailed estimate for complete re-roof that was within $1000 of equivalent quote from another contractor. Came back with shingle samples for color comparison when we were both at home so we could decide together. Able to come about two weeks earlier than originally planned, and completed the job in the promised schedule, including coming back on Saturday morning to finish off and tidy up. Pleased with the quality of the work and to get photos at intermediate steps of the job, such as removing excess spray foam insulation from blocking ridge vents. Final price as expected and got some nice drone photos of the finished roof....read full review
