What a BIGGGG difference between the services provided today between Erb street petsmart and this one! I had called to book a nail trim for my dog at the erb location this morning and they advised me to just go in. Then I went in, and they told me I had to wait 20 minutes. I was dumbfounded. I left and came to this location and right from the get go, I got A one service! The lady took my information and in a couple minutes and my dog was looked after but it was the service! Fantastic young lady! She did a nail trim, etc......but in my 11 years of going to get her nails trimmed had I NEVER seen my dog get the cutest little bow on her hair! OMG. I don’t understand the negative reviews. This review is specifically for the Fairway Rd location. We’ve brought our old guy in twice now to be groomed, and both times I’ve been very happy with their services. He never comes home limping like he did with our previous (private) groomer, and their prices are consistent. Never any surprises. The staff are incredibly friendly and so patient (our guy is anxious). Five stars is all I can give here, but they deserve more!
