“This is my SECOND time going to Bilalo Hair Artistry team. I just am able to write a Google review now because I forgot the first time… ooops.

I work with a friend of the salon lovely Ryan, whose personality is the exact same as the salon. I told him about my hair needs and he recommended me to go to Bilalo.

First time I went I got my hair coloured dark black and had extensions in. The first visit was such a warm welcome, professional, amazing laughs, down to earth people, and I felt like I fit in walking into a friends place. I didn’t feel less or intimidated by the vibes and my stylist back then did an amazing job. & the team was super excited about my new look hyping me up and all ♥️

Second time I really was in need of a red touch up, for a very special event. Bilalo was able to coordinate to fit me in before my event and hook me up with an amazing idea for the black roots and fading into the red. My stylist was named Sienna, and we yapped the whole appointment. Had amazing chats and they walked me through each step of the process. Coming back to Bilalo’s team for a second was like re uniting with an old friend because it’s been years. I love walking in and leaving cause I always feel like a Baddie from the whole team. Michael, Bilalo, Sienna and the person who ran front desk was a very nice gentleman with great taste in music (Orville Peck) I am so excited to come back when I need a red touch up again ♥️ Bilalo team is truly another family for all clients ♥️“

“I really love my deluxe pedicure appointment yesterday. Their staff is very amazing, caring and friendly. I forgot to ask the name of the person who attended me, but she did best job. Can’t wait to come again to try different stuff. They offer gift vouchers as well, this time my husband gifted me and they talked very nicely with him and explained him everything when he went to buy this gift voucher for me.“

“I rarely get my nails done but desperately needed a pedicure after walking a lot on vacation. I browsed a local Facebook group for recommendations and this was the first one that I saw mentioned twice. They also had great Google reviews so I went with it. I just got basic polish, the pedicure was exactly as I expected and needed. Clean atmosphere, great price, friendly service, feels good to support a local family business, not a corporate chain.

I wished there were some reviews with pictures of the inside so I could know what to expect before I went, especially since it is run out of a house front. So I took a few to share for others in the future. 3 manicure tables, 2 massaging pedicure chairs. Cute small space, just perfect for what it is!“
