I recently had an unexpected car breakdown at the intersection of Fischer-Hallman and Highland. In a moment of panic, I noticed Mr. Lube nearby and approached them for help. Without hesitation, the team sprang into action. Navdeep and Adrian quickly came to my aid, pushing my car to safety and into their parking lot. They went above and beyond by inspecting my vehicle, discovering an excess of oil and a dead battery, which they promptly addressed. I’ve always been to this place to change my winter tires and do some oil change. Today I went there for a tire check since I’ve been running into deflated tire alert all the time and it’s always the right rear one. Gurpreet took me in and spent a good amount of time figuring out that I had a loose cord in my tire that’s why my right rear tire kept deflating. I was happy to figure out why and when I was ready to pay he insisted this is a small thing and I shouldn’t pay for it. I drove out happily and I’ll definitely recommend this store to anyone for their wonderful services and customer care!

The service at this location was really good, you can tell the staff really care and do a great job. Jarret and another guy (I can’t remember his name) were spectacular, and very thorough. They were very professional, efficient and polite. As a customer I am very satisfied and I had a great experience! I will be returning to this location even though it is a bit far from me just because of how great all the staff were. I am very impressed. Keep up the great work Mr. Lube staff!
