Dave was amazing! I had a flat tire, he took the tire off and it was from a nail he was able to plug it and on was on my way in no time! Great service, I will definitely be back - thanks again!!
Came back to get the right transmission oil put in because the previous visit they put the wrong one in. Alex the supervisor helped me out huge by not charging me the right oil and out of curtesy he buffed my head lights with a reduced price. I was upset at the begging because the wrong oil was put in but Alex made things right and I left happy not mad. Thanks Alex really do deserve five stars for your service but today it’s 4 stars because I had to return again
I had an amazing experience at Mr. Lube today! Gurpreet was the one who assisted me, and I have to say, he was incredibly helpful and professional. He took the time to explain the services in detail and gave me great advice on what my vehicle needed. His friendly and knowledgeable approach really made the experience smooth and pleasant. I highly recommend visiting this location and asking for Gurpreet – excellent service all around!
