“I’m an elite distance runner that puts my body through a lot of mileage on tough terrains as a trail ultramarathoner. Naturally I get tight and sore shoulders, back, hips and legs due to this high demand on my body. For my visit with Adrian, he was easy to talk to about how I’m feeling and the work I wanted to get done. Familiar with my issues being a runner himself made me confident in his knowledge of sports focused massage. The treatment I received was able to relieve some of my issues on the first visit with him focusing on the key areas I discussed with him. I will be going back in the future.“

The video instructions to follow in between appointments are extremely helpful to keep one accountable in logging the exercises to aide in recovery. “James is an amazing physiotherapist! He listens to your concerns and works with you to address them. I’m comfortable asking questions and he’ll provide great details and insight to answer them. I had mid-back pain which James shared exercises and provided treatments to tackle it, and over time I have reduced back pain along with increased mobility and strength, all thanks to his guidance. I’d like to also add that the front desk staff are friendly and helpful. A great experience overall!“

“I have used SOS in the past and they have been great! The people from the desk to the back are all very helpful and kind. I highly recommend them! My only complaint is with the Benefits System they use. It does not Support Sunlife or GSC for automatic payment. Which means I have to manually send in the info to both companies to be compensated. These are big benefit companies and should be part of the SOS automated payment system.“
