The staff is friendly, professional, and great at nails, always doing a beautiful job on different designs. Nails last longer than expected and come out super long and strong. The service is very attentive and always goes above and beyond. It is easy to book an appointment online and get a text reminder.
Horrible experience. Be aware this is NOT Mimi's salon anymore. any good reviews only reflect the previous owner. not the current staff. The person that did my nails left glue all over my fingers to the point where the tip of two of my fingers was burnt. The lady was rude and instead of asking me to put my hand under the light she would just throw my hand aggressively. like I had done something to upset her. She blamed me for the nails being "too short" for almond shape. This was a new set of gel nails, she cut the tips herself. So I wasn't sure why she was upset at me for that. I was so uncomfortable I had to tell her: this was supposed to be a nice relaxing experience and you are not being nice and I wasnt relaxed. I contacted the "manager" and told her about my experience she asked me for pictures instead of offering to help me or be apologetic for what I was telling her happened. Eventually she booked me an appointment to get the nails re done but because I had to go to the doctor to take care of the burns. I didn't feel like letting anyone at the salon touch my nails and take the risk of something worse happening. I wish I would have walked out when I realized that Mimi and the girls were not there anymore. eventually some other person messaged me asking if I was going to come to the appointment when I told her I wasn't comfortable with that she just didn't reply. I wish I could get my time and money back!
