I ordered a display early for Valentine’s Day, and on the day I needed the order delivered they were unfortunately not able to make the delivery schedule. HOWEVER, once I called and explained the situation the graciously allowed me to come by and grab the flowers myself and refunded the delivery charge. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE and amazingly nice about the whole situation.
