Not only did he spend the time reviewing this issues, the available products, and the proposed work, his pricing, expertise and workmanship was above and beyond. First of all, I would like to thank the KW team for being so clean and efficient with their work.And secondly, all I can say is WOW!! The level of service this company provided me from the initial visit with Baltazar providing me a detailed roof inspection and providing information I did not know my home lacked, to explaining why his company uses the products they use. Out of all the companies I called, I found Baltazar to be the most expensive but I was confident in his products and install methods that I felt it was a no brainer to choose him for this job. Baltazar did a great job of recommending and installing vents for my roof. He is very professional, clearly communicates the process, makes genuine recommendations and is transparent with all transactions. He shared before and after videos which certainly helps. Definitely recommended.
